01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting on ck6777, a Player must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• Each Player may hold only one Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in the same name or using different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ck6777 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ck6777 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through these methods.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated to Players in the cashier section of their Account.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a Player's Account within seconds of confirmation. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in the Account Balance.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ck6777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only, not to the Player's real-money balance.
• ck6777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the wagering requirements in effect at the time of claim will remain applicable.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states that multiple bonuses may be combined.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. 06 Game Rules & Betting Integrity

The following conditions apply to the use of all games, casino tables, and sports betting markets available on ck6777:

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck6777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account, regardless of the name or payment method used.

• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or engage in any other financial crime through the Platform.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy service to mask your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing such restrictions.

08 Responsible Gaming

ck6777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players in maintaining healthy gaming habits:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from the Platform may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks by contacting support at [email protected].

09 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ck6777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck6777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ck6777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 12 Amendments & Governing Terms

ck6777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
